PCS Company offers i-mold Standard Version 2 - Square tunnel gate inserts. These inserts are ready to use with no adjustments required. The gate point diameter of "Standard" tunnel gate inserts is already completely constructed. Due to the special manufacturing method, all gate point diameters from 0.6 to 2.8 are repeatable from insert to insert. Request technical assistance for your application. Include the 3D data of the part in assembly with core and cavity splits, drawing or image clearly indicating your gate location requirement plus specific resin grade technical datasheet.
