PCS Company’s Externally Heated Nozzle Bodies are made to the highest quality standards that feature hand polished internal flow paths and seating areas. The PCS Externally Heated Nozzle Bodies are made of 4140 tool steel or equivalent and are 100% inspected upon completion. We stock many popular sizes for numerous machine manufacturers and can built an externally heated nozzle body to your specifications with. Take advantage of the custom nozzle bodies by specifying features such as thermocouple hole sizes, lengths, rear openings and in-melt thermocouples.
