Smartlock® Slide Retainer and Limit Switch
PCS Company offers Smartlock® Slide Retainer and Limit Switch in a single unique package. The plunger and detent mechanically hold a slide in the retracted position while the SPDT switch verifies the slide position to the mold close circuit. This verification of the slide location helps prevent mold damage. Breakaway forces from 17 lbs up to 27lbs depending on the bore depth of the plunger. The captive plunger option includes a 6-32 screw to hold the plunger in place for particular installation requirements.
