PCS Company's MCS hot runner controllers offer reliable and precise control of the hot runner system with the simplest possible operation. The fast control behavior makes the hot runner controllers universally applicable for the control of all standard systems, but also for demanding high performance applications with slim nozzles of low mass. Integrated interfaces for optimum communication with the injection molding machine and extensive support and error detection functions complete the equipment. New development of the intuitive user interface, which allows the controller to be operated without instruction or prior knowledge. With unique and innovative functions, even untrained users can operate the controller safely. Standard zone options range from 6 to 36 zones with an integrated tiltable 7” touchscreen and 42 to 120 zones with a 19” touchscreen mounted on top of the controller. Features include leak detection, soft start, tool storage, group heating, diagnostics and communication to the injection press.
