Thinswitch® Limit Switch

PCS Company offers the Thinswitch® Limit Switch that verifies the ejector plates return position before permitting the mold to close in the injection press. Mount the Thinswitch inside the ejector housing and simply wire it into the press control circuit to prevent tooling damage to slides or broken ejector pins. The 3/16" thickness of the Thinswitch is designed for use with standard stop buttons. The Thinswitch can also be used for slide cores or other locations in the mold where space is limited. For a switch that is sealed from moisture, the Liquid Resistant Limit Switch and Global Thinswitch are options.
