PCS Company offers i-mold space saving contourable tunnel gate inserts in the TGHL version. The TGHL inserts are capable of a contourable tunnel gate above the parting line. Made of highly wear resistant hot work M2 steel. The TGHL insert is not designed for rigid and reinforced plastics. Request technical assistance for your application. Include the 3D data of the part in assembly with core and cavity splits, drawing or image clearly indicating your gate location requirement plus specific resin grade technical datasheet.
