C-Sert™ Magnetic Drills
PCS Company offers C-Sert™ Magnetic Drills as the portable and lightweight solution to drilling out stripped or oversized threads in platens or equipment. The 29lb and 35lb mag drills are fast and easy to set up with one person. Powered by 110V / single phase with direct surface clamping force options of 3080 lb. and 4500 lb. The arbor bores are 3/4" Weldon shank with either a Morse Taper #2 or Morse Taper #3 spindle. RPM rates range from 70 to 580 depending on the mag drill. Ensure the mag drill is centered with the hole by using the 60° Center and then open the hole using our annular cutters.
