Thinswitch® Liquid Resistant Limit Switch

PCS Company offers the Thinswitch® Liquid Resistant Limit Switch that verifies the ejector plates return position before permitting the mold to close in the injection press. Mount the Thinswitch inside the ejector housing and simply wire it into the press control circuit to prevent tooling damage to slides or broken ejector pins. This Thinswitch is designed to be used where occasional water or oil spray is present. This liquid resistand switch has the same mounting pattern as the standard Thinswitch™.
