The new Bolexp self-lubricating ball bushing was developed to require as little maintenance as possible. The patented system with the ball guidance and graphite insertions in the bronze cage allows for the usual Bolexp-bushing fluid working, without requiring continuous maintenance. The other enhancement with this bushing are the new channel grouping, with double contact lines, allows a bigger load capacity, up to +25%. And the steel used for the outer cage has high resistance to wear. The grease retainers in the ends of the bronze cage ensure the retention of graphite particles and prevent dirt from getting inside.
