3-Piece Locking Screw Tip

PCS Company’s 3-Piece Locking Style Screw Tips are an ideal choice for all commodity resins such as polypropylene, polystyrene and polyethylene. The self-cleaning material passages provide fast and clean material changes. The check ring interlocks with the tip retainer which turns with the screw rotation thus eliminating wear on the outlet flute areas. Standard material H-13 with a nitrided surface treatment. Optional materials are 440C, CPM®9V or CPM®S90V that will be chosen based on your resin and fillers.
