3-Piece Free Flow Screw Tip
PCS Company’s 3-Piece Free Flow Screw Tips are made of hardened H-13 tool steel with a nitrided surface coating. This design screw tip is also available in CPM®9V for extra wear resistance. The free flow design is best suited for shear sensitive resins such as PVC and with flame retardant additive. Use our quote request form to insure the 3-piece Free Flow Screw Tip is designed and constructed for your specific press and application. Standard material H-13 with a nitrided surface treatment. Optional materials are 440C, CPM®9V or CPM®S90V that will be chosen based on your resin and fillers.
