for the following positions:
CNC Machinist/Operator
PCS Company provides pins, mold components and mold bases for the plastic injection and die cast molding industries.
We are currently searching for a CNC machinist/operators to fill our 2nd and 3rd shifts. These shifts run Sunday through Thursday. The second shift works 3pm to 11pm and third shift works 11pm to 7am.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing set ups and operating a Vertical or Horizontal Machining Center.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
Skills Required
- Intermediate Computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Mastercam X4.
- Familiar with Fanuc controls.
- Capable of inspecting own work.
- Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 85 pounds lighter or heavier.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
Work Experience
- Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of experience in related field.
- Experience running OKK Vertical or Horizontal Machining Centers are preferred but not required.
Benefit, Wage, Shift Information
- PCS Company offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401 (k) and vacation pay.
- $14.50 to $19.00, depending on work experience.
- 2nd and 3rd shifts receive a shift premium of 10% on top of the hourly wage for hours worked.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical and a written CNC Machinist test. EOE M/F/D/V
